Panificio Cappelli is an artisan business deeply rooted in the city’s commercial fabric, founded in 1970 on Via Ripagrande, one of the city’s earliest medieval streets, at the corner with Corso Porta Reno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For over 50 years, the Cappelli family’s long and skilled tradition has allowed them to run the bakery still following the old artisanal recipes, personally overseeing the success of every single product and selecting the best raw materials on the market to offer their customers a genuine, top-quality product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To complete the offering, besides the famous Ferrarese bread and typical sweets like tenerina (a soft chocolate cake) and pampepato (a spiced chocolate cake), the workshop also produces other types of bread and baked goods, no less tasty and delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since 2003, the same passion and care the owners put into making bread and pastries has been passed on to the new bar, catering and deli departments that have expanded the offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
