In 1975 in Ferrara, on via delle Scienze, just a few steps from the famous alleys of the old Jewish Ghetto, Mr. Natale Raiti and his wife Anna started their business, quickly becoming the owners of one of Ferrara’s historic pizzerias.

Their sons Mattia, Marco and Francesco followed in the family’s footsteps and still carry on the tradition of this historic establishment today.

Passion and consistency, together with the use of various doughs and leavening methods, have increased this establishment’s prestige year after year; thanks to its incredible success, it decided to expand its culinary offer, pairing the already famous pizza with excellent meat and fish dishes, alongside an important wine cellar with a wide selection at national and international level.

The winning strategy that this historic shop has followed for more than 50 years is to focus on the excellence of the products used, serving exquisite dishes in a welcoming, family atmosphere, always accompanied by the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff.
